THS2 series standard vibration isolator

The THS2 series is a standard pneumatic vibration isolator offer fast settling time and excellent isolation performance with its special interior structures.




在垂直和水平方向提供高水平的減振性能。
THS2減振器采用兩室系統，用節流孔將氣室與阻尼室相連接。
兩室結構能夠有效衰減傳遞到設備的振動，使運動平臺所需穩定時間降低，并且固有頻率更低。
如需要較高的水平度, 可將精密調平閥（士0.05mm)安置在減振器上，減振性能更好。
在THS2系列減振器上安裝內置型油阻尼，搭載運動平臺的設備穩定時間得以縮短，減振器剛性提升。




Product Introduction:

THS2 series offer excellent isolation performance in both horizontal/vertical level.

The dual chamber system of THS2 consisits of an air chamber and a damping chameber connected by two orifices,which can effectively reduce the isolation transmitted, shorten the settling time of the platform and lower the Natural frequency.

If higher level of repeatability and better Isolation performance is required, the precision leveling valve with repeatability of 0.05mm can be equipped with the vibration isolation system.




THS2 pneumatic isolators incorporating the built-in oil damper can shorten the settling time of the equipment with linear stage, and increase the stiffness of the platform
